Kinkini Chaudhuri is an Assistant Professor at K. H. Her experience spans corporate and commercial matters, taxation and GST, insolvency, regulatory compliance, legal drafting, and transactional issues.

Her academic interests include Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Sustainability, Commercial Law, and emerging legal and regulatory challenges affecting businesses. She has contributed to several academic and legal publications and has served as a Senior Editor for a book on sustainability and environmental policy and legal reforms. She is passionate about teaching and research, with a focus on developing students’ analytical, research, and practical understanding of law.
